Although construction began prior to, and through the Pandemic, development of Parkview did not slow with any of the shutdowns, instead, maintained its course and continued to push forward with superb management from the Development Team, and close oversight from the Paradyme. Due to this alignment, the project finished on time, each building was promptly sold, and before the next building was even done being constructed, every unit was accounted for and under contract. Paradyme’s investors received a realized IRR of 15% for their 3-year investment.
